Let us introduce you to our graduate intern Patrick. 'I have a passion for optimizing processes, for making a production chain as smooth and beneficial as possible. As an intern at Wolkat it is my job to map all processes within the company and to get insight in the concept of circularity.'
'To keep improving and innovating our internal lines I went to Tanger for one month. Operating and producing in another country is always a challenge. Maybe especially in a country like Morocco, where the cultural differences are great. What stood out for me most is the hospitality. My colleagues overseas welcomed me with open arms and invited me to their homes for lunch and diner. This positive and hospitable attitude is something I absolutely take back home!'
