Stella Verdult graduated in 2010 from the Willem de Kooning academy in Rotterdam. For the following 5 years she worked in several European countries, developing a strong skill set in couture, pret a porter and retail. In 2015 she set up her own studio specialising in Fashion design and Art direction.
Stella has been working for Wolkat since 2018 helping to develop a creative strategy and sustainable jargon for Wolkat's recycled fabric collection. Stella also developed creative marketing content in collaboration with talented photographers and graphic designers, establishing authentic campaign images.
Stella is an indispensable element, adding both artistic and commercial value to our company. Never losing sight of a more sustainable approach to the fashion industry, she utilises her role by visiting factories and fairs to support the product development of Wolkat's White Label collection. This collection consists of a few minimalistic office accessories for B2B sales mainly for our suppliers. By offering these to our suppliers, we have created a truly circular product range.
Design for recyclability and longevity is the key component in any technical, creative or sales-related conversation between Wolkat's team members and Stella. This collaboration is the key to success!
