At partner Saver in Roosendaal different types of textiles are sorted. This is done by people who are outside the labor force. They classify the textiles into nine different categories. What can be reused stays in The Netherlands or is further distributed. Textiles that are no longer usable are sent to our factory in Morocco where they can still be processed.
Our goal is to work with Midwaste to create the circular economy by converting waste into raw materials and bringing these back into the loop. For us it is important to be transparent at the front end of the process. That is why, for example, textiles are always sorted in batches. When the setup is perfected, we strive sell our end products to municipalities and local markets.
We are very happy to work with an organization like Midwaste and its affiliated municipalities and look forward to all the good things that the future will bring!
